Mempool is almost empty…but users continiou to pay high fees!

As you can see here https://tradeblock.com/bitcoin the mempool is almost empty but many users pay too high fees! So they are pushing without reason the fees to get more high.

Fees which are showed on https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ are false

The REAL fees which are needed are shown at https://tradeblock.com/bitcoin right now they are about 40-70 sat/B and not 201-220 sat/B as recommenden on https://bitcoinfees.21.co/
