Is there a reason why bitcoin.org website is client-side editable?

If you click/tap and hold for a few seconds the webpage becomes editable.

This is a bit weird and at first I thought it was a new Chrome feature 🙂

Instead, it's only happening there… maybe it's some kind of CMS feature for fast page editing that devs inattentively left on?
