If I lived in China, I would sell all my real estate and the majority of savings and buy Bitcoin.

The real estate bubble is popping. The government (PBoC) will need to initiate quantitative easing to keep the economy from collapsing. Not many Chinese know how this devalues the RMB.

Real estate prices will crash down. Bank interest rstes will go to near nothing.

Bitcoin price will rise dramatically against the RMB. Those own bitcoin will be able to buy cheap real estate if they choose.

The Central Banks around the world continue to liquidate gold and buy securities. Gold will remain low. Stocks will artificially appreciate helping the banks bslance sheets even though the securities are grossly overvalued. They too will crash as players bail out of the game of chicken.

Bitcoin is the safe haven that will continue to appreciate.
