I lost my Ledger Backup Phrase

I gave it to my mother, so it's on a different place. She threw some furniture into the trash. In one of it was my backup phrase, so now it's somewhere around my country. I already sold my BTC before that but I guess it's not save to use my Ledger anymore right?
