I'm the victim of identity theft and My Coinbase account was targeted for theft. I've notified Coinbase but have gotten no response. My account is frozen so I can't even login to verify if funds were stolen.

My friend had a similar issue a couple months ago, and it took Coinbase 3 weeks to respond. He was in the dark the entire time.

For a company with $100+MM in funding, this is beyond unacceptable.
