Coinbase Account locked for 10 days due to a misunderstanding with their bot. Multiple emails with absolutely 0 human response while they hold my funds.

I placed a debit card buy on Coinbase over 10 days ago. The buy timed out, so I tried again. And again. Finally my buy went through and I was happy.

A few hours later I noticed a batch of emails come in from Coinbase. Turns out, each time one of the debit card buys timed out, it went through later as a bank buy. This frustrated me and so I attempted to contact support (bot).. My account was suspended temporarily (suspected hacking) and I was directed to support through a form email. I explained that the account was funded and that I was only seeking an answer as to why a bank draft was initiated when my debit buys were timing out. I requested they unlock my account.

It has been over 9 days since my initial request. I have submitted several follow up requests and have had 0 contact from a human employee at Coinbase. I am reaching out here hoping for a solution.

I have learned my lesson and next time, if an order I place anywhere for anything times out I will wait several hours to see if I had actually been charged.
