Cheapest way to withdraw BTC from several exchanges?

Hello all,

I decided that I want to withdraw all my BTC to a hardware cold wallet.

I am using several exchanges like Kraken, Binance, Exmo, FTX, Coinbase, gate.io, crypto.com.

Any advice on how to do it? Binance seems to be the most expensive one.

Is it better to move funds to one exchange first?
