Can anyone recommend me an exchange to buy a big chunk of BTC at good fees?

US citizen here. I have a Coinbase account but their fees are pretty awful and I read that they're getting rid of Coinbase Pro soon, which was my plan for buying a big chunk of BTC soon.

Then I tried joining Binance US but was rejected because they don't allow residents of my state.

Is there a third place I can look?
