BTC transaction not getting confirmed, and causing my orders being delayed.

placed a order on newegg, paid via bitpay, after a few hours the got the email "Newegg – Payment Not Completed" i wasn't sure what it meant, so i checked the transaction on blockchain.info, to my surprise, it still don't have a single confirmation after 4 hours. I am not sure what will happen now.
