At least Bitcoin doesn’t have a volatile monetary policy!

The FOMC meet every 6 weeks to potentially change the monetary policy and every 6 weeks this has the potential to cause significant instability.

Bitcoin hasn't changed its monetary policy in over 13 years. Is there anything else that has remained this stable during the last 5 or 10 years?
