Anyone think the negative opinion of Coinbase is an overreaction?

I have used Coinbase since I started a ouple years ago. I have been looking into changing simply because of all the shade they get on here. But really the IRS could do the same to any exchange. For the most part I am happy with coinbase, though I haven't tried another.

Thoughts?
